OUR GRANTS

We provide grants to support the advancement of amateur sport, healthy recreation, and physical wellbeing for individuals in our community. Whether you need funding for equipment, facilities, or inclusive participation, our goal is to help more people access the benefits of sport.

We also support projects that promote social inclusion, relieve financial hardship, or assist individuals with health conditions or disabilities in accessing sport and recreational activities.

ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply for a grant, you must:

  • Be based in Mole Valley, Reigate, or Banstead.
  • Be a sports club, charity, school, community group, or individual.
  • Be seeking funding to support amateur sport and healthy recreational activities.

OUR GRANT PROCESS

1. CHECK ELIGIBILITY

2. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Complete the online form with details about your project, goals, and how funding will be used.

3. REVIEW PROCESS

Our trustees assess each application in line with our charitable objectives. They may contact you for more information.

4. DECISION & FOLLOW-UP

You’ll hear from us within six months. If your grant is awarded, we’ll send a grant letter outlining the terms and reporting expectations.

What types of projects do you fund?

We fund projects that advance amateur sport, provide access to healthy recreational activities, or help people of all ages overcome barriers to participation due to financial hardship, disability, or poor health.

Who can apply?

Individuals, sports clubs, schools, community groups, and registered charities operating in Mole Valley, Reigate, and Banstead.

What is the maximum funding amount available?

We assess each application individually. The amount awarded depends on the needs of the project.

How long does the application process take?

Applications are reviewed within six months. We’ll contact you to confirm the outcome or request further information.

Can individuals apply, or only organisations?

Both individuals and organisations can apply, provided their proposal aligns with our charitable objectives.
